Logging in, and my details

I have forgotten my password, what can I do now?

While trying to log in, you can request a new password by clicking on the my account icon in the right top of the screen. You will see a "Forgotten your password?" button. If you click on this you will be asked for your e-mail address. If you then click on "Send password", you will be sent an e-mail containing your password. This will only work if you provide an e-mail address which you have previously registered with us.

How can I change my account details?

You can change your details by logging in (my account icon on the right top of the page), after logging in you can change your account details.
