These terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements concluded by NZA New Zealand Auckland BV and its customers via nzanewzealand.com and all its subdomains. No agreement can be concluded without your agreement to these terms and conditions. Products cannot be purchased without an account. By placing an order with the NZA New Zealand Auckland webshop, the customer declares to accept the general terms and conditions. You can return an item within the period of 37 days after the delivery of the item. A returned item must always be reported and shipped in accordance with the return procedure, otherwise the refund may be delayed. The articles must be delivered to the warehouse within 30 days after the request for the return of the relevant articles. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and attached. NZA New Zealand Auckland BV will not accept items with missing labels. After the seven day period, NZA New Zealand Auckland will assume that the customer is satisfied with the order. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
NZA New Zealand Auckland is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
Items cannot be exchanged. If you want a new size or color, you can order a new item in the webshop, the prices shown at the time of ordering will apply.
All deliveries are subject to availability. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers who wish to submit a complaint should always first contact customer service.

Delivery with Track & Trace
The items are delivered by DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Deliveries outside the Benelux are delivered by UPS and your local courier. The delivery time starts as soon as NZA New Zealand Auckland has received payment from the customer. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. You will receive a second confirmation email when your payment is complete. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Shipments and returns are handled by De Nederlandse e-warehousing (0031 316 820216). The delivery of your order is provided by DHL/Selekt Cargo. Deliveries outside the Benelux are provided by DPD and by local couriers. You will receive a Track & Trace number as soon as your order has been shipped. Most shipments within the Benelux arrive the next day. Deliveries outside the Benelux are provided by local couriers.
